About the role
Messe Frankfurt Saudi Arabia is expanding its People & Culture team in Riyadh. We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for our staff while complying with local labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and personnel documentation.
- Support onboarding, off‑boarding, contract renewals, employee transfers and other lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate recruitment tasks such as posting vacancies, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with payroll inputs, employee insurance administration and HR reporting.
- Monitor leave, attendance and employee documentation to keep records up‑to‑date.
- Liaise with Finance, IT, PRO and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, internal events and company communications.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, company policies and internal HR procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and Saudi labour law.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
