Human Resources Coordinator – Saudi National

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR function at the Ritz‑Carlton Reserve on Ummahat Islands, ensuring smooth administrative operations and excellent service to employees and candidates. This position is intended for Saudi nationals and offers a full‑time, on‑site environment within a prestigious hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems for employee records.
• Draft and type office correspondence using a computer.
• Distribute and route mail, answer phone calls and record messages.
• Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
• Set up new employee personnel files and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
• Maintain a clean, accessible application area, including accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and guidelines.
• Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Accurately maintain interview documents, I‑9 forms, and other employee files.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 12 months of related HR or administrative work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
