Human Resources Generalist – Saudization

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist – Saudization will support HR activities across the site, ensuring the effective deployment of HR processes and compliance with Saudi labor regulations. You will partner with managers and employees to address issues, drive performance, and support workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and analyse HR process metrics, recommend improvements.
• Assist in conflict resolution, conduct investigations, and provide coaching.
• Participate in performance management and employee development planning.
• Support staffing and recruitment, conduct workforce data analysis.
• Facilitate compensation and benefits processes in partnership with shared services.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legislative requirements, and local labor law.
• Coordinate training needs assessments and contribute to training projects.
• Create employment contracts in line with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate workforce information in HR information systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 1‑3 years of HR experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor law and government regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
