Human Resources Generalist - Saudization

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support a wide range of HR activities across the site, ensuring effective implementation of HR processes and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes HR process metrics and recommends improvements.
• Assists in conflict resolution, provides coaching, conducts investigations and documents them.
• Participates in performance management and employee development planning.
• Supports staffing and recruiting, conducts workforce data analysis.
• Facilitates compensation processes and benefits administration in partnership with shared services.
• Ensures compliance with HR policies, legislative requirements and advises on KSA labor law.
• Coordinates training needs assessments and participates in training projects.
• Creates employment contracts in line with local law.
• Maintains accurate workforce information in HR information systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 1‑3 years of HR experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor law and government regulations.
• Experience with HR data management or HR information systems (preferred).
