Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our HR function in Jeddah. The successful candidate will design and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy and annual plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, and job descriptions.
• Design performance management systems and monitor KPIs.
• Identify training needs and implement continuous development programs.
• Plan career paths, succession, and promotion strategies.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, resolve complaints, and improve workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and manage government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Wage Protection System).
• Prepare HR analytics reports on recruitment, performance, turnover, and workforce metrics.
• Operate ERP and HR management systems, driving automation of HR processes.
• Lead the HR team and collaborate with all business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–15 years of HR experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant government platforms.
• Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, training, employee affairs, and payroll.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP/HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho People, Jisr, or MenaITech.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
