Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, align HR operations with strategic objectives, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. The role involves supervising a team, developing policies, and driving digital transformation of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the HR team, allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Develop and implement HR strategy, workforce planning and annual HR budget.
• Design organizational structures, job descriptions, career paths and HR policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal and talent management.
• Manage compensation, benefits, rewards and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization and related regulations.
• Supervise HR government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business).
• Review payroll, contracts, leave requests and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Operate HRMS/ERP systems, automate procedures and generate analytics.
• Coordinate with Finance and IT for system integration and data security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization.
• Proven leadership, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
