Human Resources Manager – Operations

About the role

The company is a newly established manpower firm under a leading listed group, managing over 500 active employees. It seeks a hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, improve processes, and support a growing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR operational policies, processes, and systems that enable business growth.
• Manage daily HR operations, including employee transfers, insurance activation, and Qiwa contract administration.
• Collaborate with operations and business leaders to provide proactive HR support for ongoing contracts.
• Resolve employee issues, oversee mobilization, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Build, mentor, and lead the HR operations team while staying actively involved in execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, preferably in manpower, outsourcing, or large‑workforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and regional employment regulations.
