Human Resources Operations Specialist (Arabic speaker)

About the role

Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented HR professional with strong expertise in HR operations, governance, and compliance within the Saudi labour market. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day HR processes while ensuring strict adherence to KSA labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including contract management, Iqama and visa transactions, and Wage Protection System (WPS) reporting via the Qiwa platform.
• Ensure full compliance with GOSI registration, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and MHRSD regulations.
• Maintain and update HR policies to reflect current KSA labour law and internal governance standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, contract renewals, and end‑of‑service settlements.
• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling in line with labour law and company policy.
• Monitor HR compliance metrics, flag risks, and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Liaise with government entities (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, Muqeem) to resolve HR‑related administrative issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations with a focus on process, governance, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Labour Law and hands‑on experience with the Qiwa platform.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with government bodies and internal stakeholders.
• High professional integrity, discretion, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
