Human Resources Specialist – HR Operations & Development

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support managers and employees in daily HR administration, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and company policies. Working with limited supervision, you will contribute to recruitment, compensation, training, and employee relations initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Saudi labour law, company policies and HR best practices.
• Generate HR reports, keep accurate employee records and HR data.
• Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits and related documentation, including WPS and GOSI filings.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver workshops for staff and managers.
• Support performance management, employee evaluations and succession planning.
• Create and update job descriptions, coordinate manpower planning and recruitment activities.
• Manage internship, cooperative training and Tamheer programs.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports for management decision‑making and participate in HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
• Familiarity with GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad and WPS requirements.
• Experience with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
