About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our hospitality team in Medina. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the day‑to‑day HR functions across our four hotels, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure alignment with local regulations.
- Manage employee relations, address queries and support personnel issues.
- Assist the recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding of new staff.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for hotel employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage.
