Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing employee affairs, ensuring compliance, and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee affairs and HR administrative processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle and manage government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development portals.
• Prepare, track, and manage employee leave requests and records.
• Maintain, organize, and update employee files and documentation.
• Support employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (fresh graduate acceptable).
• Experience or practical exposure in the Human Resources field.
• Strong personnel administration and employee relations skills.
• Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
