Human Resources Specialist – Training, Development & Corporate Culture

About the role

Baytonia is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to drive employee engagement, performance management, and learning initiatives. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring fair and objective performance evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company values, organize employee celebrations and internal events, and manage recognition programs.
• Oversee the performance review cycle, set KPIs with managers, conduct evaluations, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans.
• Identify training needs, develop the annual training plan and budget, coordinate with providers, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development or Performance Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and local training platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HR systems, especially Odoo.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
