Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and oversee all human‑resources functions across the SMC Group entities. The role reports directly to executive management and is responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Set departmental priorities, manage the HR team and report to senior leadership.
• Conduct annual workforce planning and headcount forecasting linked to project timelines.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, interviewing, offers and placement across all disciplines.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding and final settlement processes.
• Administer compensation, benefits and payroll through Mudad, including salary structures and allowances.
• Manage government relations via Muqeem, Qiwa and GOSI; ensure Nitaqat and Tawteen compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and annual leave planning in line with Saudi labour law.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR letters and system data.
• Drive employee relations, performance management and workplace compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; master’s or professional certification is a plus.
• 8+ years progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, GOSI and Saudisation programmes.
• Experience in engineering, contracting or consultancy environments preferred.
