HVAC Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The client seeks an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to drive growth of its chiller, boiler, calorifier and heat‑exchanger portfolio across Saudi Arabia. You will lead the full project sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing orders and supporting post‑sale execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities for chillers, boilers, calorifiers, heat exchangers and related HVAC/heating solutions throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Identify upcoming commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and infrastructure projects that require the company’s products.
• Generate new business opportunities, maintain a robust project sales pipeline and secure product specifications.
• Build and nurture relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, main contractors and end‑users.
• Obtain vendor registrations, product approvals and specifications by working closely with MEP consultants.
• Track projects from design/tender stage through technical evaluation, commercial negotiation and final order.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, submittals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close orders while protecting required margins, and provide regular forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP equipment sales with strong project‑sales exposure.
• Proven track record selling in Saudi Arabia and an established network with MEP contractors, consultants and developers.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions in coordination with engineering teams.
