IBS Team Leader – Huawei Projects

About the role

The company is seeking 10 experienced IBS Team Leaders to manage Huawei Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading site execution, transmission, BTS installation and the rollout of 4G/5G DOTS while ensuring compliance with Huawei standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IBS project delivery, including SLD, LLD and HLD layout preparation.
• Oversee transmission, BTS, and 4G/5G DOTS installation activities on site.
• Ensure all work follows Huawei standards, procedures and customer specifications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and monitor project risks.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Huawei IBS projects (mandatory).
• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication or related field.
• Proven ability to manage site execution and network infrastructure deployments.
• Huawei TL Card is an advantage.
