In-Room Dine Waiter (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused In‑Room Dine Waiter to join our hospitality team at an Accor hotel in Jeddah. The successful candidate will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering food and beverage service directly to their rooms with efficiency, courtesy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in their rooms and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Deliver meals and drinks promptly, maintaining proper presentation, temperature and guest preferences.
• Set up and arrange dining areas in guest rooms according to established protocols.
• Respond to special dietary requests, guest inquiries and service issues with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns immediately.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding food presentation, order accuracy and guest preferences.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Professional demeanor, appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in food service, room service or hospitality roles (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain or hold a food safety and hygiene certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
