Income Auditor – Saudi National

About the role

The Income Auditor ensures accurate daily revenue reporting across all hotel departments, reconciling data from the Property Management System (PMS) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) platforms. This role supports the finance team by validating sales, managing complimentary room justifications, and maintaining compliance with IHG policies.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily revenues from rooms, food & beverage, telephone, laundry and other departments against system reports.
• Prepare and distribute the morning revenue report, ensuring all figures are accurate and timely.
• Validate complimentary and zero‑rate rooms with proper approval documentation.
• Review no‑show, rate variance, and out‑of‑service reports, providing explanations where required.
• Control food and beverage sales by monitoring guest checks, voids, and cash‑settled transactions.
• Oversee banquet and buffet controls, ensuring all revenue is recorded correctly.
• Generate and submit rebate, negative posting, and coupon program summaries for senior management review.
• Maintain compliance with IHG policies, statutory requirements and internal accounting controls.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Night Manager, Housekeeping, Front Office and Restaurant supervisors.
• Understanding of hotel revenue cycles and accounting principles.
• Experience in reviewing and justifying revenue adjustments and discrepancies.
