About the role

The Industrial Skills Trainer – Computer designs, develops, and delivers high‑quality technical training programs for participants with varying levels of technical knowledge. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong facilitation skills to create engaging, practical learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars aligned with organizational needs.
• Use practical demonstrations, hands‑on activities, case studies, presentations, and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Create training content, exercises, assessments, and supporting materials using virtual platforms and learning technologies.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with diverse knowledge levels.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended sessions while maintaining high participant engagement.
• Manage classroom dynamics, address technical challenges, and respond to participant questions.
• Assess learning outcomes through exercises, discussions, and assessments.
• Adapt training methods and materials to evolving technology and participant needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in relevant technology areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, programming, or data science.
• Strong knowledge of the listed technical domains and the ability to convey them effectively.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, time‑management, problem‑solving, and classroom‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training using digital and virtual tools.
