Industrial Workforce Recruiter

About the role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is looking for a detail‑oriented Industrial Workforce Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition Department. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, mobilisation, deployment and administration of SMP personnel in line with the approved manpower plan.

Key responsibilities

• Validate SMP manpower requirements against the approved plan, ensuring correct Position ID, job title, description, headcount and approvals.
• Coordinate with approved SMP suppliers and Hiring Managers on requirements, candidate criteria, job categories and timelines.
• Review candidate submissions, arrange and attend interviews, technical assessments and trade tests, and document evaluation decisions.
• Support local and international recruitment campaigns, standby pools, replacements and supplier follow‑up.
• Manage mobilisation documents, medical status, visa, travel arrangements, onboarding and deployment readiness, including safety induction and training.
• Maintain accurate active SMP workforce records, track movements, and reconcile company records with supplier reports.
• Verify SMP invoices against workforce records, contractual terms and supporting documents before approval.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial or large‑scale recruitment, preferably with SMP or similar workforce models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment and mobilisation processes simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination skills with suppliers, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Good understanding of workforce administration, invoice verification and commercial controls.
