Influencer Advertising Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Influencer Advertising Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimise influencer advertising campaigns across major social platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X. The role requires strong knowledge of regional content creators, excellent communication, and the ability to nurture long‑term influencer relationships while meeting client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, manage and optimise paid and organic influencer campaigns on all major platforms.
• Identify and select suitable creators and public figures based on audience, platform and campaign goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between influencers and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Build and expand a robust influencer network, onboarding new creators and maintaining the database.
• Oversee the full campaign cycle: briefing, content guidelines, review, approvals, scheduling and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with advertising and content teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand messaging.
• Support creation and editing of advertising assets used in influencer promotions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present metrics to management and clients.
• Monitor platform trends, emerging creators and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Develop and enforce workflow procedures for influencer campaign management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital and influencer advertising principles.
• In‑depth knowledge of major influencer platforms and top creators across KSA and GCC.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced Canva skills for creating high‑quality visual designs.
• Experience shooting and editing social‑media content.
