Information Security Officer

About the role

The Information Security Officer will lead the company’s information security program, ensuring compliance with global best practices and relevant regulations. This role is responsible for protecting company and customer data, managing risk, and guiding security initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
• Work directly with business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional committees to ensure consistent application of security policies and standards.
• Provide leadership to the enterprise information security organization.
• Implement best practices to protect data, enforce policies, secure infrastructure, harden environments, conduct intrusion testing and deliver management reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum eight to twelve years of experience in risk management, information security and related IT roles.
• Proven ability to lead security teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of global security regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in developing and governing security policies and standards.
