Information Systems Manager

About the role

As an IT Manager supporting multiple hotel sites, you will deliver technology solutions that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. You will work closely with property management and the Area Director of Technology Services to align IT initiatives with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy across properties, ensuring alignment with area, cluster and corporate goals.
• Monitor, diagnose and optimise LAN and network server performance, managing upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve user issues related to personal computing, software applications and network connectivity, providing training as needed.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure to meet Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Lead major technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX and point‑of‑sale installations.
• Collaborate with property management to maintain critical site systems and minimise downtime.
