Information Technology Engineer

About the role

The Information Technology Engineer will maintain and support the IT infrastructure that powers Industry360˚’s Industrial Intelligence Platform. This full‑time, on‑site position in Saudi Arabia works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable, secure connectivity between IT and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage networks and systems, ensuring high availability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and connectivity issues for internal teams and clients.
• Implement and enforce network security best practices, including firewall and access‑control management.
• Assist with system upgrades, configurations, and performance optimisation.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system administration tasks.

Required profile

• Strong IT and technical support background with experience in hardware, software and system administration.
• Solid networking expertise, including configuration and maintenance of routers, switches and network services.
• Network security knowledge: security policies, threat monitoring, firewall and access‑control management.
• Effective troubleshooting skills for complex technical problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with industrial environments, IT/OT integration or IIoT technologies is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced on‑site setting.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic is beneficial.
