Information Technology Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead all technology functions for a real‑estate business, shaping strategy, overseeing infrastructure, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with corporate goals and define policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate internal IT staff and outsourced partners, managing the IT budget for cost‑efficient operations.
• Oversee technical support, ensuring timely response, hardware/software installation, configuration, maintenance and licensing compliance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access control across Active Directory, Email, Odoo ERP and Microsoft 365.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, manage antivirus, firewall and backup systems, and conduct regular audits.
• Negotiate and monitor vendor contracts, service level agreements and evaluate new technology solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA.
• 6‑10 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, networking and cybersecurity, with exposure to ERP (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure, vendor relationships and lead technical projects in a corporate environment.
