Information Technology Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will join NDP Investment’s Saudi office to support and maintain the company’s technical infrastructure. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures reliable, secure network and system operations for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Implement system updates, patches and security measures.
• Provide timely technical support to internal users and document solutions.
• Recommend and assist with improvements to IT processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and support business continuity.

Required profile

• Strong IT background with familiarity in operating systems, hardware, software and enterprise applications.
• Experience in network administration and network security.
• Proven troubleshooting and customer‑service abilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+ are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia, manage multiple tasks and follow established IT policies.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
