Infrastructure Administrator – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supporting enterprise infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, security compliance, and effective administration of Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Perform system administration tasks including OS configuration, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management tools.
• Support infrastructure security controls and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance using monitoring solutions.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning activities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for infrastructure incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration baselines.
• Support automation initiatives using scripting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4‑8 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration.
• Experience in enterprise or banking environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with the SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
