Infrastructure Civil Sr. Engineer

About the role

Represent the Owner in managing and overseeing the site delivery of integrated civil infrastructure packages for major destination development projects. The role coordinates consultants, contractors and PMO teams to ensure delivery meets quality, cost, schedule, risk and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the site delivery of major civil infrastructure packages, including roads, earthworks, grading, wet and dry utilities, stormwater networks, and utility corridors.
• Represent the Owner in coordinating consultants, contractors, PMO teams, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review construction methodologies, execution plans, technical reports, and site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, project risks, claims, quality, cost, and schedule, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including roles as Owner, Consultant, and Contractor on major infrastructure projects.
