Infrastructure Lead – Linux

About the role

This position is for an Infrastructure Lead focused on Linux platforms within a fast‑moving digital banking and fintech environment in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the stability, security and scalability of a modern application stack, ensuring high availability and compliance in a regulated setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for SIT, UAT, Regression, Production and DR environments.
• Lead Linux automation initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, Puppet or Chef across large‑scale RHEL infrastructure.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle management of WSO2 API Gateway, WSO2 IAM, Apache Camel, Redis and ELK stack, meeting 99.9%+ uptime SLAs.
• Provide 24/7 critical issue support, conduct disaster‑recovery exercises and validate backups against RTO/RPO targets.
• Enforce security and compliance standards (RBAC, data encryption, PCI‑DSS, GDPR) and ensure vulnerability remediation within a 30‑day patch cycle.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of hands‑on Linux systems engineering and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• RHCE certification is mandatory; CKA certification is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience with WSO2, Apache Camel, Redis, ELK and Kubernetes in production.
