Infrastructure Projects Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Projects Manager will lead the delivery of multiple large‑scale infrastructure programmes, covering roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities and site development works across the Western Region. Reporting to the Projects Director, the role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects from tender review through planning, execution, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Lead, direct and evaluate Project Managers, coordinating manpower, equipment and shared resources across projects.
• Review contracts, baseline programmes, recovery plans and monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and risk performance.
• Approve periodic project reports, technical evaluations of subcontractors and suppliers, and recommend approvals for payment applications, variation orders and claims.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements, and take corrective action on non‑conforming works.
• Represent the company in technical and operational meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in infrastructure projects and 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Valid membership and professional classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and claims administration.
• Proficiency in English for technical and contractual documentation.
• Willingness to travel regularly between project sites.
