Infrastructure Security Analyst (Senior)

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Infrastructure Security Analyst (or Senior Analyst) to join its Riyadh team. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of a wide range of network and endpoint protection solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and maintenance of security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, remote access, web proxy, email security, and reverse proxy.
• Handle escalated security incidents and act as the single point of contact for customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, audits, and provide inputs for compliance.
• Collaborate with SOC and InfoSec teams to analyse incident trends and recommend configuration changes.
• Ensure all security devices are patched and updated promptly.
• Manage network communication lines, configure and deploy network devices, and coordinate installations with providers.
• Take part in a 24x7 on‑call rotation and perform out‑of‑hours production changes when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in network and endpoint security.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Preferably Saudi national; Arabic language is a plus.
• Experience leading a small team (up to 10 members) is desirable.

• Firewall/IDS/IPS/VPN technologies (Cisco, FortiGate, FireEye).
• Email security solutions (Cisco IronPort).
• Web security platforms (Forcepoint).
• Endpoint protection (TrendMicro).
• Reverse proxy and load balancing (F5).
• Malware sandboxing and web proxy administration.
• ITIL V3 Foundation awareness.
