Infrastructure Specialist – Network Administration

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist who will design, implement and maintain our corporate network environment. The role covers high‑level and low‑level network designs, migration and testing plans, as well as day‑to‑day operational support for Cisco‑based infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑level and detailed network designs, implementation, migration and testing plans for new projects.
• Support and adapt LAN, WLAN and routing architectures to evolving business requirements.
• Maintain and improve security devices including Cisco ASA/Firepower, Cisco ISE and Fortinet OT security solutions.
• Manage site‑to‑site and IPsec VPN connections using Checkpoint and F5 Big‑IP APM.
• Administer Cisco Call Manager, wireless controllers, IP telephony and IP conferencing systems.
• Oversee network deployment projects such as cabling, equipment ordering and installation, and supervise third‑party contractors.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call support, monitor network health, respond to security incidents and follow ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with Wintel and end‑user computing teams to resolve incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator.
• Strong background in Cisco networking, SD‑WAN and security technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower, Cisco ISE, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and F5 Big‑IP.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments (2012/2016) and related services (DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS).
• Experience with ITIL incident, problem, change and CMDB processes.
