Inside Sales Account Manager

About the role

Hilti is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, generate profitable sales, and develop new business opportunities. You will work closely with store representatives and field account managers to deliver innovative, cost‑efficient construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales from an assigned account base through outbound sales activities.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and after‑care services to ensure strong customer engagement.
• Build and nurture relationships, presenting Hilti’s value proposition and cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Hilti Store Representatives and field Account Managers to achieve company growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• Proven results in outbound phone sales.
• Proficient computer skills with experience using CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Pro‑active, determined, and result‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Persuasive, resilient, with B2B sales and account management experience.
