Inside Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. In this role you will build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and guide them toward our market research and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
• Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Track and report key sales metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue targets.
• Use HubSpot CRM to record client interactions, manage the sales cycle, and forecast revenue.
• Present Muhimma’s services—including market research, data analytics, and the technology platform—in a way that demonstrates clear value and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts that meet both client needs and company revenue goals.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of sales experience, preferably in market research or SaaS industries.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
