Inside Sales Representative – Showroom

About the role

Alkaffary Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work in its showroom/branch environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, promoting sales, and helping the branch achieve its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide comprehensive product information, answer inquiries, and offer personalized solutions.
• Actively promote and sell products, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer.
• Meet and exceed sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with branch promotions.
• Participate in continuous training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Required profile

• BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with proven relationship‑building ability.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Goal‑driven with a desire to exceed targets.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
