Instrument Maintenance Planner

About the role

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is seeking an Instrument Maintenance Planner to join its Operations division. Based in the Neom region, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all instrument maintenance activities to support the world’s largest green ammonia plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance schedules for instrument jobs using SAP S/4Hana, SAP PM or MS Project.
• Allocate labour, materials, tools and spares to maximise efficiency and manpower utilisation.
• Track progress of maintenance work, generate weekly and monthly KPI reports, and report schedule compliance.
• Serve as the single point of contact for external contractors and lead kick‑off and daily coordination meetings.
• Support on‑call emergencies, plan emergency maintenance, and ensure inventory control of instrument spare parts.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement and NGHC management to align priorities and resolve delays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or hydrogen‑related environment.
• Strong understanding of instrument maintenance processes and safety standards.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external EPCs.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
