Internal Audit Associate

About the role

Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is looking for an Internal Audit Associate to support its internal audit function. You will help design and execute audit plans, assess risks across core and support processes, and contribute to the company’s governance and control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate risk areas across all departments and help develop a risk‑based audit plan.
• Monitor audit tasks, ensure quality of deliverables, and develop audit programs and Risk & Control Matrices.
• Execute audit projects: document processes, review evidence, analyse findings, and define issues.
• Prepare and manage work papers, and communicate results through written reports and presentations.
• Assist the line manager in proposing new solutions and promoting existing tools.
• Organise and track meetings with auditee departments.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, CA, ACCA, CPA or MBA with a finance/commercial background.
• 2‑4 years of experience in internal audit, consulting, advisory or risk management.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm (especially internal audit) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of internal audit standards, control monitoring, process mining and analytics.
• Strong interpersonal, project‑management, writing and presentation skills.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
