International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. In this full‑time hybrid position you will manage end‑to‑end shipments of energy and petrochemical products, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, book and track international transport for LPG, sulfur, methanol, caustic soda and specialty chemicals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and carriers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain export documentation, customs paperwork and Incoterms compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels in internal systems and update shipment status.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues or delays, providing customer‑focused solutions.
• Analyse logistics data to support continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong supply‑chain and inventory‑management knowledge for international shipments.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities across multiple regions.
• Experience in international logistics, trade compliance and documentation, preferably in the energy or petrochemical sector.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic or other trade languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or logistics software.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and trade compliance.
