Investment Analysis Director

About the role

Lead and oversee investment analysis activities that support strategic decisions and evaluate real estate and development opportunities. The role assesses feasibility, financial performance, risks and returns, and provides clear recommendations to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and investment evaluation of real estate development projects and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee development and review of financial models, feasibility studies, business cases and return assessments.
• Evaluate investment metrics such as IRR, NPV, ROI, cash flows and profitability.
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario and risk analysis to gauge impact of assumptions and market changes.
• Review project assumptions including costs, revenues, pricing, financing and overall economics.
• Prepare and present analysis and recommendations to senior management and committees.
• Monitor financial performance of approved investments against business cases.
• Lead and develop the Investment Analysis team, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment analysis, financial analysis or real estate investment.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, feasibility studies, valuation and investment analysis.
• Experience in real estate development and investment evaluation preferred.
