Investment Analyst

About the role

Capital Hill, a Riyadh‑based investment firm expanding into fund management, is seeking an Investment Analyst to support deal evaluation, financial modeling, and portfolio reporting. This on‑site, full‑time position offers the chance to shape the firm’s fund management function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including DCF analysis, IRR calculations, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead market research and due diligence on prospective opportunities.
• Track and report on portfolio performance on an ongoing basis.
• Support the firm’s CMA licensing process and the setup of its fund structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real‑estate investment, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with CMA regulations and Saudi fund structures is a strong plus.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CME‑1 are advantageous.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• PowerPoint for creating presentation materials.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities, including DCF and IRR analysis.
