Investments Performance Manager

About the role

The Investments Performance Manager will lead the continuous monitoring and optimisation of investment and asset performance across all transport modes. This role ensures that financial under‑performance or loss is proactively identified and mitigated, supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monitoring tools to track financial and operational performance of the investment portfolio.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to spot under‑performing assets and launch corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise asset utilisation and investment returns.
• Provide data‑driven performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Benchmark portfolio performance against industry standards to uncover best practices and innovation opportunities.
• Anticipate and mitigate financial risks through proactive forecasting and scenario planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in investment performance, asset management or a similar discipline.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
