IS Security Control Administrator

About the role

The IS Security Control Administrator will manage and operate the bank's security control systems and related appliances. This position ensures that all IT security applications are properly configured, monitored, and aligned with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer security controls management systems, anti‑virus, anti‑malware, DLP and database monitoring solutions.
• Design, implement and maintain the security assessment process.
• Identify, assess and report on security risks affecting the bank's IT environment.
• Produce regular security compliance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, local banking regulations, international standards and PCI DSS.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security controls into new and existing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in IT security controls management.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Implementation Practitioner, CEH or CISA.
• Strong knowledge of banking security regulations and PCI DSS.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Arabic.
