ISD Manager – Security Operations

About the role

The ISD Manager is responsible for protecting ARM’s people, property and information assets in Saudi Arabia. The role leads security personnel, oversees security equipment and ensures compliance with ARM security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the security plan in line with ARM security policy and HCIS requirements.
• Select, train and support security staff to maintain high professionalism.
• Maintain and test security systems and equipment (radio system, access system, CCTV, metal detectors, road blockers) to ensure operational readiness.
• Conduct random drills after hours to assess security readiness and close gaps.
• Coordinate with department managers to determine security service requirements.
• Manage logistics and budget for the Industrial Security section.
• Serve as focal point for security performance measurement, KPI reporting and liaison with government agencies.
• Initiate Security Risk Assessments when processes change or new processes are introduced.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant security experience.
• No specific academic qualifications required.
• Ability to work with multiple internal departments and external agencies.
