IT Account Administration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Account Administration Specialist to join our Riyadh Regional Headquarters. The role focuses on creating, maintaining and securing user accounts across a range of internal and cloud systems while providing first‑line support to the firm’s employees.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Active Directory and ADERANT accounts, including changes, deactivations and deletions.
• Manage cloud accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure) and Office 365 licenses.
• Administer user accounts in third‑party platforms such as Dropbox, Box, Google Workspace, Sharefile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity and Zoom.
• Maintain firm‑wide distribution lists in on‑prem AD and cloud groups in Microsoft Entra.
• Log, track and update all requests using the Ivanti ticketing system.
• Coordinate approvals with the Office of Firm Counsel and record recertification data in a SQL database.
• Provide Tier I and on‑call support for the Account Administration team.
• Assist in training new help‑desk and account administration personnel.
• Support HR and the Office of Firm Counsel with advanced account issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements and act as SME on technology projects.
