IT Asset Applications Expert

About the role

The IT Asset Applications Expert will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of asset management solutions for Serco in Riyadh. This senior position requires deep knowledge of international best‑practice O&M processes and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across public and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Maintenance Planning and Work Control procedures.
• Drive Sustainability initiatives and oversee Post‑Maintenance Testing.
• Lead Systems Engineering Programming and Configuration Management activities.
• Define Fleet Management procedures and Asset Registration/Information Management processes.
• Design CAFM/CMMS strategies, integration plans and Cost Index frameworks.
• Execute Life‑Cycle Planning, Condition Assessments and overall asset performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or IT from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience on national or international asset‑management initiatives.
• At least 5 years leading O&M systems implementations.
• Experience with leading software developers or solution integrators.
• Proven record of stakeholder engagement across commercial and public sectors.
• Extensive international exposure, preferably in the Middle East/KSA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and change management.
