IT Co-op Trainee – Entry Level IT Support

About the role

As an IT Co‑op Trainee you will join Richemont’s IT Operations team in Saudi Arabia, providing first‑line support to employees while gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade tools and processes. The position is designed for students or recent graduates who want to develop core IT troubleshooting skills in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support the local network topology, assisting with routine monitoring tasks to ensure high uptime.
• Assist in creating concise, user‑friendly guides on cybersecurity best practices for the KSA market.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, network and operating system issues for end‑users.
• Configure, image and set up laptops and workstations for new hires and hardware refreshes.
• Log, track and update IT support tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring timely communication with users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot video‑conferencing equipment in meeting rooms, including ClickShare and Poly X50 systems.
• Help enroll, configure and manage corporate mobile devices using Workspace ONE and Apple/Android DEP.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑base articles and user guides.

Required profile

• No specific qualifications required; open to students or recent graduates seeking a short‑term co‑op experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and networking concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow documented procedures.
