IT Deskside Support Engineer (12‑month contract)

About the role

The role provides on‑site, hands‑on IT support to end users in Riyadh, handling hardware, software and peripheral issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 deskside support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other peripherals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
• Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, De‑install) for end‑user devices.
• Support OS installation, re‑imaging, encryption, driver installation and application deployment.
• Manage incident and service‑request tickets via the ITSM system and keep users updated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Microsoft Office productivity suite.
• Desktop and laptop hardware knowledge.
• Peripheral device handling.
• Experience with SCCM or similar imaging and deployment tools.
• Basic Active Directory tasks (domain join, user/group support).
