IT & Digital Transformation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven IT & Digital Transformation Engineer to lead and support our company’s digital transformation, productivity systems, ERP development, AI automation, and IT infrastructure. The role blends strong technical expertise with a business‑focused mindset to create practical solutions that boost speed, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational speed and efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and design workflow‑optimising tools for Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Roastery, Kitchen, and Customer Experience.
• Design, build, and manage AI‑powered tools and agents, automating repetitive tasks through APIs and workflow platforms.
• Oversee ERP system configuration, maintenance, data accuracy, integrations with POS, accounting, inventory, HR, e‑commerce, CRM, and productivity tools.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, cloud services, user accounts, and cybersecurity measures.
• Evaluate, test, and implement emerging technologies, collaborating with third‑party developers when needed.

Required profile

• Strong technical background combined with solid business understanding.
• Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and digital solution delivery.
• Ability to work closely with management and department heads to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward technology adoption.
