IT Infrastructure Architecture Specialist – Cloud & Hybrid

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Architecture Specialist (SMP) leads the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role ensures solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the infrastructure architecture roadmap, standards, and reference models.
• Design secure, highly available solutions for data centers, IaaS/PaaS cloud platforms, and hybrid environments.
• Evaluate and approve infrastructure designs for new systems and major changes.
• Ensure compliance with information security, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on network security and identity & access management.
• Support enterprise systems (ERP, CAFM, HR, finance) from an architecture perspective, ensuring integration with Active Directory and monitoring/logging platforms.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, participate in review boards, and align with IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design high‑availability, disaster‑recovery, and business‑continuity solutions, defining backup and resilience strategies.
• Engage with application teams, security teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure architecture (on‑prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Preferred cloud certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Solutions Architect.
