IT Manager II – Operations Tech Solutions (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a driven IT Manager to join our Fulfillment & Operations IT team in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the IT infrastructure of 24/7 fulfillment centers, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, servers and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑standard IT maintenance and troubleshooting in line with Amazon policies and health & safety guidelines.
• Lead coordination of trouble tickets and change‑management activities to meet strict SLAs.
• Manage IT projects, monitor progress, and ensure team ownership and effective reporting.
• Develop and control the IT budget throughout its lifecycle.
• Schedule staff, manage shifts, and drive continuous improvement of IT processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration.
• 3+ years of experience leading technology teams as an IT operations manager.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
