IT Manager

About the role

Flooss is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the daily operation, security, and reliability of its technology infrastructure in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position will ensure that the platform’s servers, networks and cloud environments run smoothly and support the company’s mission of transparent micro‑finance services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, maintenance and upgrade of servers, network equipment and cloud services.
• Implement and monitor information‑security controls, data‑protection measures and regulatory compliance.
• Manage hardware and software procurement, vendor relationships and lifecycle management.
• Provide Tier‑2/3 support, troubleshoot operating‑system and application issues, and ensure reliable backups.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support application deployments and infrastructure scaling.
• Lead small IT projects aimed at improving efficiency, user experience and system resilience.
• Assist internal stakeholders with IT‑related requests and provide guidance on best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT management or senior IT support role, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
